One foodhandler had long artificial nails. Are to have short nails. Contamination can't be easily removed from under long nails and when grabbing the gloves to put them on, will contaminate the outside of the gloves.

There are fridges and freezer outside the back door for food storage in a partial plywood enclosure. These are to be in enclosed unit with smooth, easily cleanable, waterproof walls and floor. Was in progress at time of inspection.
