The food items were rearranged to uncover the air vents. The inspector informed the staff/operator that all high-risk food items must be stored at or below 4°C. Bakery: No thermometer or thermo test strips were available to test the pot washer., **OUTSTANDING (2023-08-14). No thermometer was provided during the inspection.
The drainage of the front equipment (oven) of the bakery department was not properly plumbed in. There was water accumulation around the drainage area. Please ensure to properly plumb in the drainage hoses so that it directly connects to the drainage area.
