Typically, half a teaspoon of bleach is mixed with one liter of water. In this case mix 1/4 of a teaspoon. , , Demonstrated the amount of bleach to use during the inspection to the operator. The operator remade the solution and it measured 100ppm.
The operators are using a chlorine (bleach) sanitizer solution. No chlorine test strips were available. The operator could not locate them at the time of the inspection. The owner stated they themselves test the concentration in the morning. , , Chlorine test strips are required to be used regularly to confirm the concentration of the sanitizer solution. , , Obtain chlorine test strips and ensure it is easily accessible for all staff members to use.
