Operator said these were used to hold meat while cutting, and then washed at the facility., -Properly launder the cloth gloves in a laundry machine, and then dry them on a high heat setting, , 2) Raw meat stored in both prep coolers along the cooking line, some directly beside or above vegetables., -Consolidate raw meat into one prep cooler
