Outstanding Violation (May 13, 2025), Staff was observed wearing blue gloves answering the phone, moving bins into the cooler, and handling raw pork without switching gloves or washing their hands., , Please change gloves in between tasks and ensure hands are washed to prevent potential cross-contamination., ----------, Initial Violation (September 16, 2024), Staff was observed cutting raw pork then moving to and touching the register and display cooler without washing their hands., , Ensure that hands are washed between handling food and preforming other tasks to prevent cross contamination.
