Three used cleaning cloths were left on the counters and are not stored in sanitizer between use., , Ensure that cleaning cloths are stored in a sanitizer between uses to prevent the growth of pathogens. Launder these cloths when they become heavily soiled.

It was also observed that the water was dripping continuously from the mop sink tap., ***In order to maintain the hot water in the facility the operator had to keep on turning on and off the hot water tank at certain interval., , -Do not turn off the hot water tank., -Ensure that the hot water is always readily available in the facility.
