Pass- No food safe sanitizer was available at the time of inspection., *Staff was able to get the quats sanitizer in a reasonable amount of time.
Two of the chafing dishes had cooked rice, and the temperature was measured at 37 and 51 C. Operator stated they cook the rice in the morning (before 3.5hrs)., *Rice was removed from the kitchen., Operator was instructed to not sell any of the temperature abuse products and once cooked rapidly cool with ice to ensure rice are not left at temperature danger zone or store them in hot holding, where temperature can be maintained at a minimum of 60 C.
- No temporary hand washing station was set up in the booth., *A temporary hand washing station was setup by the staff.
