1) Exterior of flavoured syrup containers were heavily contaminated with syrup and were stored on the floor. Please clean and store foods at least 6 inches off the floor and in a sanitary manner., 2) Bottled water and open containers of chemicals were stored in the truck cabin/driver area. Store foods in a sanitary area in the food area.
1) The hand wash sink was obstructed by stacked milk crates of water (corrected). Hand washing stations must always be easily accessible - do not obstruct., 2) The paper towel dispenser was located too far away from the hand wash sink. Please install separate paper towel dispenser that is easily accessible at hand sink.
