The inspector informed the staff/manager to contact their pest control company to remove the flies from the facility. The manager mentioned to the inspector that their company prohibits the use of fly traps in the facility. Thus, please ensure to come up with other methods to remove the flies from the facility. Otherwise, fly traps or fly lights may be used, or any other methods deemed effective by a professional pest control company.

The inspector informed the staff/manager that a 200-ppm QUAT sanitizer solution must be maintained at all times during the operations. Less than 200 ppm QUAT concentration means inadequate sanitization and more than 400 ppm means that QUAT residues could stay in food-contact surfaces, which contaminates food. Please ensure to check the solution every 2-4 hours throughout operations.
