("Qamar" was the supplier), -Provide information related to the source of the naan bread. The naan must have labels.
Staff could not locate drain plugs for manual dishwashing., - Acquire drain plugs.
Ceiling panels missing above the back kitchen area., - Replace the ceiling panels.
Lid for the large chest freezer in back of house is in disrepair. Lid is separating and exposing the internal insulation. Lid was also previously taped back up to keep it intact., - Replace the lid or repair it without the use of adhesive tape. Ensure no brittle plastic or internal insulation material is exposed.
