Caulking was discolored and deteriorating in the areas including but not limited to around 3-comp dishwashing sinks, on the mop sink, and the wall–floor junction near the dishwashing and bandsaw area., - Operator is to remove and replace the damaged caulking and ensure all surfaces are maintained smooth, impervious to moisture, and easily cleanable., , 3. Baseboard tiles on the wall near the walk-in cooler entrance were damaged., - Please repair., , 4. Faucet at the front hand sink was not securely attached, coming off easily when turned on., - Please repair.
