1) The back door had missing weather stripping, which created a gap at the bottom corner and could facilitate pest entry into the kitchen., , REQUIREMENT: Repair the door - ensure there are no gaps which could allow pests (such as mice) to enter., , 2) Mouse droppings were identified in several areas of the back kitchen area. It is unknown how long these droppings were there for, as they were found in disorganized, hard-to-clean areas., , Droppings were cleaned during the inspection. Monitor for ongoing signs of infestation.
