1) There was a gap under the front entrance. Please replace door sweep and/or make necessary repairs to eliminate any gap., 2) There was a gap in the bottom corner of the side door in the receiving bay. Please eliminate the gap., 3) The overhead warehouse door was wide open and no deliveries were being received. Staff advised the door remains open whenever staff are on break. The warehouse door was still open when inspector was leaving and staff were repackaging onions in the space at the time. When there are no deliveries, the overhead door should be kept closed.
Loose garbage (spoiled fruits/vegetables, cardboard, etc.) on ground around outdoor dumpsters. Clean outdoor dumpster area. Keep dumpster lids closed to prevent birds from scavening.
