Left standing cooler was measured at 10-11C at time of inspection., - Owner contacted service technician immediately and began moving all items to working coolers. Facility also has spare coolers in back of house of market to store any excess food products until cooler is repaired., - Repair the cooler and ensure it operates at <4C (39.2F).
