1) The temperature of trays of eggs, produce, and other perishable food products located in the display coolers throughout the facility were measured using an infrared thermometer and read between 7C - 13C. the temperatures of the back of the cooler measured at 4C or lower. Perishable food items must be stored maintained at 4C or lower to inhibit the growth of harmful pathogens., , Please monitor the cooler temperatures to ensure it is capable of maintaining a temperature of 4C or below. If the coolers are unable to maintain a temperature of 4C please remove food from the cooler and have it serviced. In the meantime, do not overfill the display cooler and all perishable food items closer to the back., , 2) Food items were observed to be thawing in the display freezers located in in the middle aisle of the frozen products section. Temperature of products in the freezers range from 2C - 7C., , Please remove the thawing food products from the display freezers and store them in a working freezer maintaining temperatures of -18C or lower. Please service your display freezers to ensure they are maintaining -18C and below.

1) A large hole as well as multiple smaller holes were observed in the walls located at the stairway going down into the basement, creating an entry point and hiding spot for pests., , Please repair the indicated areas., , 2) A plate cover was missing from the switch before entering the storage areas in the basement., , Please install a switch cover.
