A pre-filled bucket being used by clients in kitchen and sanitizer fill during inspection were both checked. Both measured 0ppm. , , Action Taken/Required, , Sanitizer concentrate was placed in dish area with note informing all kitchen users to make sani manually and amount that should be measured and required concentration. , , Chemical company was also contacted immediatley to schedule service call., , Sanitizer should be measured daily to ensure it is maintained at the correct concentration of 200 ppm.
