The QUAT sanitizer dispenser was inconsistently dispensing sanitizer. At too low a flow, the concentration was near undetectable. Conversely, at maximum flow, the concentration exceeded well above 400+ ppm., , REQUIREMENT: Repair the dispenser so the dispensed concentration is consistent. Ensure QUAT Sanitizer is maintained at 200 ppm.
