General cleaning of hard-to-reach areas in the kitchen is required specifically behind and underneath equipment., 4. The vent in the back area has build up evident; food prep is done in this area and blowing air in that area. Please consider relocating the food prep area in your upcoming construction; in the interim, please contact an HVAC professional to determine how the air blower can be repositioned to divert air flow in a different location if possible., 5.
