Chachi's - Events

The sandwich cooler was measured at 14°C. The sandwiches in the cooler were also measured at 14°C. Trays were noted being placed underneath the sandwiches and over the ice packs. More ice was placed onto the cooler, and the tray was removed to allow for better temperature control of the food. The sandwich cooler was adequate afterwards during the re-inspection.
