There were cleaning cloths stored on food-contact surfaces. The inspector informed the staff/operator that cleaning cloths must be fully submerged in a sanitizer bucket solution at all times after use. The cleaning cloths were stored in a sanitizer bucket solution afterwards.

Gaps exist under the back door in the kitchen and the door to the exterior by the public washrooms. Operator indicated they have spoken to property management/complex owner. Management company has not addressed the issue. Gap must be sealed to ensure pest entry is prevented. No pest reports available for review.
