Repeat violation. Vendor forms were not received until 3 days before event despite repeated emails and deadline reminders., , Due to the Organizer's repeated neglect of the AHS 14 day vendor form submission deadline, any vendors submitting a form after the 14 day deadline for next year's event will not be reviewed and will not be able to attend the event. Multiple email reminders and deadline warnings will not be sent out by the event administrator prior the 14 day cut off date. , , 2023:, , Organizer submitted vendor forms 3 days prior to start date of event. , Email request was sent out 3 weeks prior to event for vendor forms and a phone call was made by PHI to Organizer 10 days prior to event requesting vendor forms immediately. 8 day deadline was communicated. , , Action Required, , Organizer form and all vendor forms must be submitted 30 days prior to event.
