The chlorine-based sanitizing mechanical dishwasher located in the kitchen was tested at 0ppm chlorine was detected. , , The sanitizer concentrate was low in the container and the syphoning tube was not reaching the bottom of the container. The tube was re-adjusted, the line was primed, and the dishwasher was re-tested. 100ppm chlorine was detected. An extra container of sanitizer concentrate was available onsite as well to replace the current one.
The hot water tap at the hand sink in the main kitchen upstairs located on the wall between the cook line and prep/dishwashing area was not functional at the time of the inspection. , , Please repair the hand sink such that both hot and cold water are available.
The paper towel dispenser was not operational in the staff washroom located at the back of the kitchen.
