Approved sanitizer: 1) chlorine – 100 ppm, 2) QUATS – 200ppm 3) Iodine – 12.5 ppm, , 2. The concentration of the bleach solution was measured at 1000 ppm, which is not food‑safe at this level. The operator prepared a new bleach solution at 100 ppm to ensure it is safe for use on food‑contact surfaces.
