PassProcess for two compartment manual dishwashing not adequate as discussed. Ensure dishes are fully immersed in sanitizing solution for at least 2 minutes in second sink (not run under sanitizing solution). Follow poster for two compartment dishwashing.
One cabinet door repaired with duct tape. Replace door so that it is smooth and cleanable., **Discussed with manager; outstanding infraction will be addressed.
