Hand sink in the basement prep area did not have hot water. There was also no paper towel dispenser at the hand sink. Some drain flies noted around the hand sink in the basement. , , -Please consult with pest control regarding the flies.

Floor paint is chipping and peeling in places. , , - Please redo the flooring, ensure it is a smooth surface that can be easily cleaned and will not catch debris.

There was some dust/debris buildup on the ceiling. , , - Please clean the dust.
