Ice scoop was left on top of ice inside the ice machine. Staff placed the ice scoop in a designated holder during the inspection. Keep ice scoop in a holder to prevent contact between scoop handle and ice.

Wall under drive thru window had been repaired with duct tape. Remove duct tape. Repair and paint wall so that it is smooth, non-porous and easy to clean.
