Hand soap at handwashing sink next to microwave was inaccessible as microwave had been pushed directly under dispenser. Move microwave so that soap is accessible and sink can be used for handwashing.

There was a carpet mat by desk at back next to clean dishes rack. Remove mat as it is not easy to clean. Floors must be smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean.

Main areas of facility were clean. However some cleaning was required on floor in hard to reach areas under prep tables, under dishwashing sink and under shelving. Ensure these areas are cleaned.
