A box of frozen chicken was defrosting at room temperature. Thawing must be done in the fridge, under cold running water or as part of the cooking process. This was corrected during the inspection.

Staff were not able to find all three drain plugs for three compartment sink. Obtain three drain plugs to ensure dishes can be properly washed and sanitized following the three compartment sink method.
