At the time of the inspection, orange juice, ketchup and waters were being stored in this refrigerator. Orange juices were moved to another refrigerator.

Items were probed at 6.8 C and above after less than an hour in the unit. Bottom of unit was below 4 C and lids were placed on the containers to help maintain 4 C. These items are to be monitored and if they remain above 4 C for 2 hours they are to be discarded. Monitor the time on each container if the unit isn't maintaining 4 C. , , The line cooler for burger toppings was observed to be out of service as it had broken down earlier in the day. Items were being kept on a cart in the walk-in cooler, and repair service has been initiated.
