Operator was advised prior to approval that a sink that can fully submerge the largest equipment is required. Bulk containers which are the majority of items requiring dishwashing do not fully fit in the sinks and cannot be submerged to soak in sanitizing solution., , Please obtain a 2-compartment sink that has both sides large enough to fully submerge the bulk containers. , , A drying rack has been provided.
