QBD Cooler: 10.5C, The QBD cooler was again in use. When staff noticed the inspector's arrival, they turned off the cooler and attempted to unload to it before the temperature could be checked. , , After determining the cooler was still not working and that the foods were in the Danger Zone too long, staff were instructed throw out all of the high-risk foods in the cooler. This included 6 containers of breaded, par-cooked chicken pieces, tenders and popcorn chicken. A sign was posted on the cooler to not use the unit.

QBD Cooler: 9.0C, This cooler is still too warm and high-risk foods were again being stored here. The par-cooked chicken had been placed in the cooler that morning, less than 2 hours before the inspection therefore it was allowed to be moved to the walk-in cooler. This cooler must be taken out of use until it has been repaired.
