***Cleaning cloths were not stored properly between uses. Discussed the options for the cleaning cloths: either use single use (papertowels) or have reusable cloths stored in a sanitzer solution (not hanging over the spray bottle).
Jun 2023, ***There were no up to date/recent pest control records. Last ones present were from Feb 2021. Discussed that monthly records of pest control monitoring were to be kept onsite and available for review. If the building records were not available the facility should be maintaining their own records using the self monitoring pest control check sheets. https://www.albertahealthservices.ca/assets/wf/eph/wf-eh-pest-control-checklist.pdf, Dec 2022, ***Pest control records were not avaiable for review. Provided self monitoring check sheets as it was indicated that the pest control company was not providing records for the facility. Suggested that the name of the facility and the pest control company informaiton be put on an dthey copied 12 times and they were set for the year. If there was any evidence of vermin or vermin noted then they woyd contact the company and this way they woud have the records onsite and avaiable for review.
