Reviewed and provided feedback that there was to be the requirement for staff to wash hands between loading the soiled baby bottles in the dishwasher and removing the sanitized bottles to the clean transport , , Updated procedures not received.

Staff were manually washing the reusable children's dishes in the two sinks present in the kitchen. Discussed and explained that two basins were unacceptable for dishwashing reusable children's utensils and dishes. A two compartment sink was only acceptable for the kitchen equipment (pots, pans, serving utensils, trays and serving dishes etc)., Operator indicated she would have the parents of the children who used bottles bring them from home and then take them home at the end of the day., Education provided.
