Pass***The Quat test strips were discoloured at the end indicating they were not being used regularly. this may provide inaccurate readings and indicate that they are not used regularly. Ensure that the test strips used are the bright orange colour of the 0ppm on the colour chart prior to use. Education provided during the inspection and the discoloured end was removed.
***Pest control had been contacted for elimination of the small flying insects that were present. Seemed to be congregating in the non-served food display case. Staff eliminated the ones present.
