Not in ComplianceThe standing cooler being used for dairy and other items was observed pulled away from the wall and was found to be at a temperature of 7-10C. Unit was producing a lot of heat. All perishable items were moved to the walk-in cooler, and no perishable items can be stored in this cooler unit until it is capable of maintaining 4C or colder at all times.
The customer hand washing sink was not stocked with paper towel.
