Discussed that the lysol wipes were not acceptable as a sanitizer as they were not food grade. Acceptable sanitizer discussed was a chlorine solution (bleach) and the safe (food grade) dilution concentration. If bleach is used, it is not to have any additives (no lemon scented, no splash guard, no colour safe etc). Will send information on acceptable sanitizers.
There was no acceptable dishwashing available onsite. home kitchens and domestic dishwasher was not acceptable. Discussed briefly the options (a three compartment sink or single service customer utensils). They will be having single service customer utensils.
