ConformeDiscussed the lack of dishwashing available. The single sink and the domestic dishwasher without a sani cycle was not sufficient for dishwashing. , Options were a commercial dishwasher or single use customer dishes and utensils. Picture received following inspection the reusable dishes were for display only and there were single use cups available for the customers.
FHP application was requested and completed. Will be sent out once process is complete.
