PassLemon scented bleach was observed in use. Please use non scented, food grade bleach for sanitizing purposes in the kitchen.
A probe thermometer was not observed onsite. Please acquire probe thermometer to monitor temperatures of reheated high-risk products to a minimum of 74C.
Pest control template had not been completed since April 2025. Please ensure completed monthly while facility is in use.
One of the bottom cabinets in the kitchen, directly under the drink and chocolate display, had an unfinished edge that was not smooth durable or easy to clean. Please repair or replace. , , Unfinished wood was also observed under the microwave unit. Please remove or finish the wood to ensure it is smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean.
