PassNo sanitizer bucket was available for cleaning cloth storage. A new solution measuring 100ppm chlorine was prepared immediately and all cleaning cloths were stored in the sanitizer.
Non food grade bags were used to cover pizza dough in the walk-in cooler. All the bags were removed and discarded. Ensure food grade bags or covers are used for any food related items.
The exhaust system appears to have been due for cleaning on February 2025. Contact a service professional and schedule a cleaning.
