***there was food and food utensils stored under the paper towel dispenser for the hand sink. this does not protect the food contact surfaces from potential contamination. Corrected during the inspection.
***A plastic glass was being used as a scoop in the cheese. Discussed that scoops were to have handles and the handles were to be out of the product. It was removed during the inspection.
***chemical spray bottles are to be accurately labeled as to the contents.

This was not effective for sanitizing the dishes., Single use customer utensils are to be used. Without adequate dishwashing reusable customer dishes and utensils are not allowed.
