A rusted tray and several broken lids no longer in a condition to close food containers tightly were observed on a shelf. Damaged lids and tray were removed from use during the inspection.

X The caulking and grout on the walls just above the floor on the dirty side of the dishwashing area appeared blackened and discolored. Please clean the area and reseal as needed.
X A biofilm was observed inside the ice machine. Clean and sanitize the machine.

, X Boxes of disposable utensils stored directly on the ground in the storage area. Staff personal item stored on top of one of the boxes. Please store items off the ground and remind staff to store personal items separately from items used for clients.
, X There is mold growth in the ice machine. Discard ice in the machine, clean and sanitize the machine and service as needed.
