***Staff was using chemicals without due care and attention on food contact surfaces. She put the Quat-F concentrate in the spray bottle and indicated that it was used at full strength on the food contact surfaces. Education provided. The manufacturers' instructions indicate that the sanitizer is considered food grade when properly diluted to a 200 to 400ppm solution. Ensure that the manufacturers instructions are properly followed.
