Non conforme***There was a concern with the public accessible hot holding units for the cheese and chili. the product was 50C to 56C. Discussed with staff. It may have been because the covers were not completely closed allowing the heat to escape creating a lower temperature. Staff corrected and moved the bags so the units completely closed.
***There was a concern with the cart used for deliveries/cardboard storage for disposal being stored by the emergency exit and obstructing it. Staff indicated there was a storage area for the cart and removed it to that area.
***The FHP had been received but not posted where the public could see it.
***There was a problem with the first washroom (closer to the front of the store). Staff indicated plumber had already been contacted.
