Paper towel was not readily available at temporary hand-washing station. While staff were looking for paper towel, PHI asked food handlers if hand washing occurred prior to wearing gloves to which some staff responded with "no". Staff were instructed to remove gloves and wash hands., , For future events, ensure hand washing supplies are readily accessible at the temporary hand-washing station at all times. Staff hand washing MUST occur prior to glove use. Unwashed hands can lead to the contamination of gloves and food products.
