Fire in the kitchen, The front end or retail side of your business maybe opened once you air out the store and or have air scrubbers in place. The access window has been seal shut from the kitchen to the front of the store...this has been completed., , The kitchen must be thoroughly cleaned, then primed with a primer like kilzs to prevent stains and smoke damage from seeping through into the final coat of paint, The ventilation hood must be discarded and replaced., , I will reinspect once the above has been completed and before the kitchen maybe used again
