When initially testing the chemical dishwasher, the measured concentration of chlorine solution was 0 ppm when tested. Reran the dishwasher a second time and result was the same (0ppm). Informed kitchen staff who primed the dishwasher and no chlorine was being released. Staff had to hold the prime switch for a few minutes until chlorine was released. Reran dishwasher for a full cycle and measured concentration was now acceptable (100ppm). Informed kitchen staff to rerun all washed dishes back through the dishwasher to ensure dishes are properly sanitized.
No valid test strips were available to measure the chemical concentration of the dishwasher. Please ensure test strips are available onsite.
The handle for the kitchen cooler was missing and a kitchenware towel was currently being used keep the cooler temperature. Please ensure corrective actions are taken and door handle is repaired/replaced and in place.
The food handling permit was not observed to be posted. Please ensure the food handling permit is posted in a visible location.
