50-ppm bleach sanitizer in spray bottles was prepared and being used on workstation surfaces. Onsite kitchen manager added more bleach to the solution, which tested 100-ppm. Please ensure that bleach solutions are between 100-200 ppm, this will help to sanitize surfaces properly.

The hand sink in the kitchen was stocked with soap and paper towel, however at the start of the inspection, it was blocked with a small bus bin. The hand sink must be accessible at all times. Corrected During Inspection: the bin was removed.
