The hot dog topping cooler is not working properly and was found to be at a temperature above 4C. foods stored in temperatures above 4C and bellow 60C pose an increased risk for foodborne illness., Operators were instructed to store toppings in one of the other coolers until the issue is addressed.
Hot holding unit for sauces was not working., Sauces were being held at room temperature., Staff were instructed to store sauces in a cooler when it is not in use.
