The preparation coolers closest to the kitchen entrance measured 3.6 C underneath, and 7.0 C on top. Upon consulting with the kitchen staff, it was determined that the temperature control knob was accidentally turned to a warmer setting. After resetting the knob to a colder setting, the top part of the unit was able to maintain a temperature of 4 C or below. Please ensure that the knob remains on the cold setting.
Sauces by the grill station measured to be 14 C. The staff indicated that the sauces were made in the morning. When asked a staff member threw out the item when advised., , Please ensure that food is not being left out at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
