Staff complied to move the food items to a functional cooler to ensure they were maintained below 4 degrees C. Please ensure not to store any food items in the non-functional cooler until it is repaired. , , All other temperature regulated holding units were satisfactory. Freezer at below minus 18 degrees C. Hot holding unit at above 60 degrees C.
